I am Chris Russell, a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Portsmouth, Hampshire with over 20 years experience in Hypnotherapy. I have been helping people from Portsmouth, Havant, Cosham and all of the surrounding Hampshire areas, bring the smile back into their lives – I can help you tooLooking to lose weight? I am a specialist in the Hypno-Band Weight Loss System which is the World Leader in gastric band hypnotherapy and is the original Virtual Gastric Band.
Many of my clients had problems which were deep rooted within the subconscious mind, or Deep Inner Mind as I call the powerhouse which runs us – with my help using a range of Hypnotherapy techniques they have learned how to successfully overcome these problems.

Special Online Booking Offers
Free Initial Consultation. Initial payment is £120 which covers a short session after the initial free consultation + the first full session + all materials. Further sessions are £70. Each session lasts generally 45 - 70 minutes.
